Truck
Accessory Depot will gladly accept returns under these guidelines:
- Within
30 days of purchase, you may return and defective, damaged, or mis-shipped
part.
- Any
returns due to customer errors are subject to a 15% restocking charge.
- You
must get an RMA(Returned Merchandise Authorization)in order to return
merchandise. RMA numbers expire 30 days after they are issued. Items
returned without an RMA number or using an expired RMA number will
be refused. You will find detailed instructions enclosed with your
package. Please read and follow the instructions provided when returning
an item.
Merchandise
shipped from Truck Accessory Depot is always complete and properly packaged.
It is the customers responsibility to see to it that any item returned
is insured to protect the customer from loss. Any damage, loss, or missing
claims must be made with the carrier. Unauthorized customer returns,
or returns that are mis-shipped, mis-packaged, or mis-delivered, are not
the responsibility of Truck Accessory
Depot.
- Truck
Accessory Depot is only responsible for shipment, not delivery. We
ship all merchandise complete, properly packaged. Any damage, loss,
or missing claims must be made with the carrier.

All items are in stock as of the date of listing. Even with our huge
inventory, on rare occasions items may become out of stock due
to high volume of sales. If this is the case, we will order the part
from the manufacturer, and, if it is available, have it on the way
to you within 24 hours!

Shipping rates are for the 48 US contiguous states only!
- All
orders are processed upon clearance of payment. We always advise all
customers that due to volume of sales, please allow 14 days for
delivery, in the event of unforeseen shipping delays. Usually items
are received within 4-7 days after shipment. We include additional
shipping time to assure we meet our shipping guarantees to our customers.
